Ordering Information

Delivery

Please allow 12 weeks for Michael Walton's Miniature Furniture and 16 weeks for Full Size Reproduction as all furniture is made to order. This waiting time is approximate depending on workload.

How to Order

Online, by Fax, by Telephone and by Mail. We will process the order only on receipt of 10% deposit payment. You will be billed prior to mailing of your item for the remainder of the balance.

Payment

All transactions will be processed in US$. I accept PAYPAL, CHECK or MONEY ORDER drawn on a US bank. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required. I cannot accept Visa/MasterCard Online at this time.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at cost. Miniature Furniture will be sent by USPS, UPS or Fedex depending on weight and value. Full size furniture will be shipped by a suitable shipper to be agreed and crated if necessary. Packing charges to be born by the buyer. Furniture can also be picked up from my Chicago Address.

Deposit

A 10% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your order with the balance been billed prior to despatch of your order. A deposit with order received is deemed to be a contract of sale. All goods remain the property of Michael Walton until fully paid for.

Shipping

If you do not receive your order within 12 weeks for Michael Waltons Miniature Furniture or 16 weeks for Full Size Furniture please contact us and we will track the shipment. If there is damage to goods in transit it must be reported to us within 7 days of customer receiving goods. All packaging must be retained by the customer for inspection by us or the relevant postal service. All parcels will be shipped with an Invoice with a description of contents and declared value for insurance and customs. Goods may be liable for Duty on entry into some countries outside the USA.

Missing Items

In the unlikely event of items missing from a package this must be reported to me within 7 days. It is imperative that you open all packages on receipt. All packaging must be retained by the customer for inspection by us or the relevant postal service.

Return of Goods

I am here to answer all your questions about my furniture before purchasing. I will not entertain any complaint after 7 days. Custom orders are non-refundable. If by arrangement I do accept a return it will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee, with the balance to be applied to another item.

Pricing and Modification of My Range

I reserve the right to alter prices without prior notification. As all items are handmade, pieces may vary from those pictured because of differences in materials used, custom changes by client etc.
